Travelworld has recently partnered up with Speedcoat to offer customers a new way of keeping their motorhome in tip top condition.
Speedcoat is a coating product which provides a tough, thick layer to cover cracked or damaged bathroom surfaces.
It is an anti-bacterial, anti-microbial polymer product that is impervious to household cleaning chemicals and detergents.
When applied, in up to 1.5 mm – 2 mm thicknesses, it provides a resilient and robust finish, causing it not to crack or bend.
Erik Baxendale, Service Manager at Travelworld Motorhomes, is impressed with the effectiveness of Speedcoat.
He says: “Essentially, we take a cracked or damaged shower tray, effect a repair and support the unit from below before applying Speedcoat by spraying it onto the tray. Our customers who have used this so far, have not been disappointed.”
Speedcoat is popular with motorhomers who would like to spruce up their fading bathroom suite or shower tray, without having to invest in a completely new one.
It can also be used on leaking roofs which have caused dampness in certain areas.
With the ability to colour match, customers can also hand pick the colour they need, but will need to bear in mind this service can take a few days to arrange.
